Spring mini sessions in Milwaukee are one of my absolute FAVORITES! Milwaukee is very beautiful in the spring. By the time spring rolls around there is a great excitement amongst everyone in Milwaukee! The blooming trees at local parks are stunning and we are so blessed to live in such a beautiful area. Typically, the blooms come out at the beginning of May, but the timing can depend on how the winter goes. It can be very difficult to time spring mini sessions in Milwaukee perfectly because of our variable winters. One year, the blooms came out mid-April! After scheduling spring mini sessions for about 8 years now, I have figured out a process that works well for my clients.
Joining the email list ensure that you will find out all the dates and times for available spring mini sessions first. If you’re not part of my email list, you can join HERE! A few months bring spring, I will send out an email to my list with the available calendar slots. These slots are guesses as to when the blooms come out (they are typically right around mothers day!)
I will ask my clients for some extra dates that they are available as a back up. We will continue with the original date and time as long as the weather cooperates. If the blooms come out earlier, you will receive an email with alternate options. The same process applies if the blooms come out later!
The moral of the story is that it is SO important to be flexible with scheduling spring mini sessions! Unlike other sessions, the timing element can be difficult! But, I promise you that the blooms are worth it! Check out some images from the past spring mini sessions and see for yourself!
