Once your session is booked, we get down to business — but this is the best kind of work! Between your session prep guide and communication with me, I’ll help you plan the best location and outfits. I’ve got tips for including older siblings, dealing with weather, and anything else you may be wondering about.
Before you know it, you’ll be scrolling through (and tearing up at) your maternity photos. I hand-edit and deliver a full online gallery within three weeks of your session. You’re free to download and print any images you please, or allow me to design and print an heirloom album or gallery wall to preserve your photos forever.

When is the best time to schedule maternity photos?
I recommend scheduling your maternity session between 30–34 weeks of pregnancy. That’s the sweet spot when most moms feel comfortable, look pregnant, and aren’t at risk of early labor. We can certainly book your session earlier or later depending on the season, your schedule, and whether or not this is your first baby. (You know your body best!)
There’s No Such Thing As A Silly Question In My Book!
What if I’m due in the winter?
Don’t let a winter due date scare you! Winter maternity sessions can be so lovely, even outdoors (mostly recommended for first-time parents, unless your toddler is okay with the cold!). We’ll discuss the best location for your winter session when you book.
